Purpose Driven Leadership

At 3Seven we believe in being purpose driven. For us, purpose looks like investing in others. Why this focus? Why this opportunity? A better question is how could we not pursue this? How could we not spend our time celebrating success with our clients, creating an amazing workplace, and investing in clean water and ending human trafficking?

If you have a 40-year career you might spend 80K-100K hours perfecting your craft. That’s a lot of opportunity. Messages from authors like Simon Sinek, Rick Warren and Malcom Gladwell have connected deeply across
the world. Most of us strive for purpose but lose sight of those honorable intentions in “urgent” priorities.

If you only get one life, and you’re going to spend a lot of time at work, how do you make it count? For some that may mean leaving a big company to start a new venture but all of us have an opportunity in front of us tomorrow. Our hope at 3Seven is that you’ll take a minute to ask yourself the question.

Here are 3 quick, intentional ideas for inspiring your journey:
-What can I do tomorrow to demonstrate generosity to my customers?
-How can I bring people together in partnership by creating
scenarios where everyone wins?
-Where could I best invest my time to serve others vs. investing in
my personal gain?
