    Eric is the CEO and Founder for 3Seven. He is responsible for setting the vision and culture for the company as well as overseeing the 3Seven executive team and board of advisors.

    Eric is an industry leader at accelerating revenue through partnerships and people centered leadership. As a 20-year veteran Eric has a track record of delivering results. He is an expert in corporate strategy, building loyal / high functioning teams, change management, and fostering innovation across disciplines (sales, business development, product planning, customer/partner marketing, and operations).

    Chris brings a deep history in complex Operations, Program Management and Engineering Leadership. He has hands on experience in deploying Modern Work solutions and integrating diverse applications for CRM, ERP, and Engineering PLM into comprehensive and automated collaboration tools across an enterprise level organization.

    Chris heads up 3Seven Operations, where his outside industry perspective has been instrumental in establishing the level of rigor and accountability required for consistent quality, repeatability, and timeliness.

Steph possesses profound technical knowledge in sales and performance management to understand the client’s goals while aligning them with the company’s priorities. Steph has spent most of her career in the Alliance space, whether it is managing Azure partners on behalf of Microsoft or creating Channel relationships for cloud partners. Her deep knowledge of alliance program management allows Steph to scale across multiple areas of the business to drive partnership and alliance relationships while providing executive guidance to achieve organizational sales goals by developing effective technical sales strategies.

    Jen is a pivotal member of the 3Seven Program Admin Team, providing over a decade of experience in administration to efficiently manage the day-to-day tasks associated with Microsoft, AWS, or GPC solution practices. With exceptional organizational skills, Jen assists clients in raising awareness about solution designations, competencies, and specializations while also facilitating the listing of their solutions in the Marketplace and supporting co-sell activities.

    Jen's career background in education has enabled her to leverage her knowledge to develop comprehensive training materials that are easily accessible to clients. Additionally, Jen plays a critical role in driving 3Seven's M&A activities by meticulously researching partner entities. Her expertise in guiding clients on what it takes to show up from a GTM perspective helps them understand how to harness their niche in the market efficiently and effectively.
