Summer Sanders
Summer Sanders is known around the world as an Olympic Champion swimmer, an NBA television host, a Nickelodeon game show host and an ambassador of international charitable organizations.
Summer began her swimming career in Roseville, CA at the age of 4. She earned a scholarship to Stanford University where, in her two-year collegiate swimming career she won every NCAA title in which she was entered, back-to-back NCAA swimmer of the year and the National Championship with her teammates in 1992. Also, in 1992, she represented Team USA at the Barcelona Olympic Games bringing home more medals than anyone else in the pool, 2 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
Almost immediately, Sanders turned to her second love, television, and began a now 32-year career both in front of and behind the camera. She has reported for and hosted shows for every major network. Those shows include, “Today Show”, “GMA”, “Rachel Ray” and “Extra!” She is best known for her 10-year position as co-host of “NBA’s Inside Stuff” and as Nickelodeon’s first female game show host of “Figure It Out”. She has reported or hosted programs for 10 Olympic Games. She has a production company with her longtime work partner, Melissa Chusid, and is currently the co-host of the award winning and ground breaking all-female sports talk show, “We Need To Talk” on CBS Sports.
Giving back is a big part of Summer’s life. She is a long-time ambassador of Right To Play, Plan International, melanoma research and USA Swimming’s Learn To Swim initiative.
Summer is the author of “Champions Are Raised, Not Born: How My Parents Made Me a Success”. She is married to fellow Olympian, Erik Schlopy, and they have two kids, Skye and Spider. They reside in Park City, UT.
jamie tozzi
Jamie Tozzi is a professional coach and speaker passionate about helping high-potential leaders and executives develop the transformational leadership and communications skills critical to achieving results in today’s complex business climate. Jamie is a former technology executive with a 24-year track record of delivering exceptional results. During her 20- year tenure at Microsoft Corporation, Jamie was known as a Transformation and Growth Leader, helping grow the Dynamics business from $100M to over $1B, and leading a $1B sales organization to breakthrough performance as an award-winning member of Microsoft’s North American Executive Leadership Team. Jamie is a multi-disciplinary leader having held senior positions in sales, marketing, and partner channel fields. Jamie is passionate about focusing on the success of people – team members, customers, and partners—as the secret weapon in generating results. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jamie held positions in both Audit and Business Applications Consulting practices at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jamie coaches high-tech sector professionals spanning Fortune 100, mid-stage, and startup companies. She also advises C-suite executives across the social, private, and public sectors.
Jamie is a current board member of two growth technology companies, Gladly and Enavate, as well as large construction firm Trident Construction. She is the host of the podcast “Executive Access” designed to provide insider insights from other executives to help motivated professionals on their growth journeys. Jamie graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Boston College where she pursued studies in both marketing and communications. She also participated in numerous industry Leadership Development and professional coaching certification programs.
